Product feature

  • Multiple modes of action. It has three functions of stomach poisoning, contact killing and fumigation.

  • Broad insecticidal spectrum. It has good control effect on various chewing and sucking mouthpart pests on rice, wheat, cotton, fruit trees and tea trees. It can also be used to control termites.

  • Strong penetration. The agent can be used to treat multiple insects with one drug. Although it has no systemic effect, it has a strong penetrating effect.

  • Good durability. It has a strong sustained effect, is resistant to rain erosion, and has a long efficacy period.

Mode of action

Chlorpyrifos is a phosphorothioate pesticide and a cholinesterase inhibitor. It can inhibit the activity of acetylcholinesterase AChE or cholinesterase ChE in the internal nerves, thereby destroying normal nerve impulse transmission and causing a series of poisonings symptom.


Application

  • Wooden structures

Use 35-40ml per 4L water/175-200ml per 20L water apply mixture to control area.

  • Construction treatment

Installing a chemical soil barrier around and under buildings

Horizontal treatment: Use 100mL per 5L water and apply the mixture at a rate of 5L/m2.

Vertical treatment: Use 2L per 100L water and apply the mixture at a rate of 100L/m3.

The purpose of a chemical soil barrier is to impede and discourage concealed termite entry into a structure.

  • Inside building

Inside the building, drill 12 mm holes at the junction of floor and wall, along the

cracks on the floor, and along constructional joints at 30 cm intervals. Squirt the mixture 1 litre per hole or till refusal and seal the holes properly with the cement. Use 15ml per 4L water/75ml per 20L water mixture.

  • Termite nest or colony

Use 100mL per 10L water. When treating trees, addition of a wetting agent is suggested.
