At the entrance of the banquet hall, various directional materials were neatly arranged: signboards, guiding posters, and large digital screens. Along the path to the banquet hall, photo opportunity spots were thoughtfully set up, including a signature wall, a 10th-anniversary display stand, and a large commemorative photo frame. Inside the banquet hall, the space was adorned with decorative and thematic materials, such as product roll-up banners, large promotional posters, and stage backdrops.

We also prepared a variety of thoughtful gifts for our guests: welcome gift sets at the entrance (including a 10th-anniversary gift box, product brochures, an exclusive anniversary jacket, and a custom-designed speaker), guest badges, staff badges, and customer prizes such as trophies and various electronic devices.

Names were signed beneath the signature wall, and memories were captured beneath the large photo frame—moments etched into history.

As evening fell, guests from all sides gathered for the banquet. Under the dazzling lights, they took photos and marked the occasion, preserving this unforgettable moment in time.
