Kampong Thom Province is the largest province for cashew nut cultivation in Cambodia, and rice (upland and rainy season rice) is the second largest crop in the province. However, during the process of growing rice (upland rice), there are always various factors leading to a decrease in rice yield.
On July 19, 2021, the Kenvos Cambodia company's technical in Kampong Thom Province conducted a survey and visit, and found incidences of rice leaf roller in the rice planting areas. They recommended a solution for rice pest control, which is using Radi plus (Emamectin benzoate + Indoxacarb 16% SC) + Axtra top 333 SC(Difenoconazole + Azoxystrobin 333g/L SC) in combination with Alga 600 (Seaweed fertilizer).
Trial Location: Kong Sao Village, Kampong Tmor Commune, Santuk District
This farm is located in Kampong Thom Province, Cambodia. The entire area shown in the picture is owned by the farm owner and covers approximately 5 hectares of rice cultivation. For the experiment, a selected area of 300 square meters was used. If not addressed promptly, the rice yield on this farm will be severely affected.

Product Dosage:
1. Radi plus (4% methomyl + 12% cypermethrin SC) - 10ml
2. Axtra top 333 (prothioconazole + tebuconazole 333g/L SC) - 20ml
3. Alga 600 - 30g
The above products were mixed with 25L of water for spraying.

On July 22, 2021, three days after medication, the promoter and the demonstration farm owner returned to the upland rice planting site to observe the demonstration effect. It was found that the rice leaf roller had turned black and died, and the field pests were well controlled, leading to excellent growth of the rice crops.
The experiment achieved remarkable results, and the farm owner expressed great satisfaction with the trial outcome, stating their intention to continue using Kenvos Company's products for rice field pest control.
